Please read the following procedure carefully when registering for a FC Green Bay 2008-2009 team.
- Players will be notified of their status by phone, as well as through our website after the last tryout for a team.
- When a player accepts a position on a team, they have to register on-line (you have to register as a member in order to be able to complete the online registration)
- There are three different registrations on the Player Registration Page;
* 2008-2009 STATE League Team Player Registration
* 2008-2009 CLASSIC League Team Player Registration
* 2008-2009 CLASSIC HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS League Team Player Registration - High School Age (U15-U19) GIRLS classic teams ONLY
Please make sure that you pick the correct option, and also know the age-level and color of the team you are registering for! - You will be asked to create an account, you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate the account after you create it.
- At the time of on-line registration you will be asked to choose a form of payment. There will be three options; Credit Card Payment in Full, Credit Card Payments in Installments or Check Payment in Full
- After registering on-line, all additional forms should be printed and filled in.
- All forms and the payment (only if paying by check) are due at the scheduled team meeting date, see Team Meetings page
- New players should also bring a copy of their Birth Certificate or a copy of their passport to the team meeting
- Pictures for player passes will be taken at the team meeting or at a later date
- If you are absolutely unable to attend the mandatory team meeting, you have to make arrangements with your team manager or coach, before the team meeting to drop off the forms etc.
- All new FCGB players will be sized for a uniform at the team meeting or there after.
